2026 Cape Cod Mustang Club Event Schedule

MAY 16TH  Ponies Out of the Barn cruise starts at 11 am. Meet up at the Barnstable County Courthouse (3195 Main Street (Route 6A)) at 10:30 am. More details to follow. Rain date May 17th. Organized by Scott Toenniessen.

JUNE 13TH  Captain Bonney’s Creamery. Meet at 10 am. Originates from McDonald’s parking lot (on the Sagamore Side of bridge). The cruise will follow a route through Bourne, Buzzards Bay, and Rochester. We will finish the cruise at Captain Bonney’s Creamery for a meal and/or ice cream. Rain date is June 14th. JUNE 20TH  Cruise to Arnold's Lobster & Clam Bar for lunch followed by a fun Cruise to P-Town which will include a modified Poker Run. Meet at 11:30 am at the commuter parking lot located on Route 6 Exit 82 (former exit 10). Members only event. Rain date June 21. Organized by Russ and Diane Geldmacher.

JUNE 22ND  NOT SCHEDULED YET Hagerty Cars & Coffee. Heritage Museums and Gardens located in Sandwich from 8 - 10 am. Preregister on the Heritage Museum website when registration becomes available. Details to follow. No rain date. Self-directed. Members can choose to meet up at Sagamore Inn and cruise to the Museum together.

JULY 4TH  Bourne 4th of July Parade. Meet up at the parade staging area as a group. We will line up as a club for the parade. Details to follow regarding meet up time and place. After the parade, we will cruise over to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Organized by Scott Toenniessen.

JULY 25TH  Cruise and Cook out. Shorter cruise from Bourne to Cotuit. Cookout at Kriss Boucher’s home in Cotuit. Cruise starts at 2 pm. CCMC members only – RSVP to capecodmustangclub@yahoo.com is required for head count. Rain date July 26. Please bring a dish to share (main dish, appetizer, or side dish). Please bring your own chair. AUGUST 15TH  West Barnstable Village Festival 2026 - 10 am to 2pm. All CCMC vehicles will park at the West Barnstable Railway Station located at 2469 Meetinghouse Way West Barnstable NOT at the actual Festival which is located at 2401 Meetinghouse Way West Barnstable. Details to follow. We need as many members as possible to support our Thursday Cruise Nights hosts.

AUGUST 23RD  TBD Dennis Chamber of Commerce 68th Antique Car Parade. Pre-1998 cars. FYI – we witnessed many late model cars who showed up. We will meet at Patriots Square at 9 am. We depart Patriots Square at 9:30 am so that we will arrive as a group for the parade. Line up at 10 am at West Dennis Beach parking lot for the parade. Preregistration is required on the Dennis Chamber of Commerce website. For those members who do not have “antiques”, we can include members as passengers. We did find that late model vehicles participated as well so that might be an option. Organized by Neil Hersey and Kriss Boucher.

SEPTEMBER 5TH  Percy’s Lunch Cruise 11 am. Meet at the Sagamore Bridge McDonalds parking lot. Rain date September 6th. This is a member only event. Participants will need to RSVP to capecodmustangclub@yahoo.com to provide the restaurant with a head count. Organized by Russ and Diane Geldmacher.

SEPTEMBER 19TH  TBD NOT SURE IF WE ARE DOING THIS – WORKING OUT LOGISTICS 2026 Cruise to Newport. Tour the car museum followed by lunch at the amazing Pizza place! Meet at 9:30 AM. Rain date September 13. Entry fees will possibly be subsidized by Club for Members only. OPTIONAL AFTER LUNCH CRUISE: Newport Via Thames Street to Ocean Ave and Magnificent Ocean Views then to Bellville Ave and the Newport Mansions. Please check future emails for more information. OCTOBER 3RD  Lunch at the Local Restaurant. We will meet at 11:00 am at the Barnstable Court House parking lot with an 11:15 am departure from the Barnstable Court House parking lot. We will cruise Route 6A to The Local Tavern & Grille Restaurant in Sandwich. Each person is responsible for their own food and drink bill. A RSVP to capecodmustangclub@yahoo.com is required beforehand so the restaurant can prepare for our arrival. A Mustang Trivia game will be conducted. Each table is a team who will compete for bragging rights! Rain date is October 4th. Organized by Kriss Boucher and Neil Hersey. Trivia game to be prepared and led by Russ and Diane Geldmacher.
